The National Structured Settlement Trade Association (NSSTA) is currently seeking nominations for the 2010-2011 Board of Directors. Voting will take place at the NSSTA Annual Meeting at the Grand Hyatt in Washington, DC in early May 2010. Accompanying the request for nominations was this detail of the roles and responsibility of a board member (shown below).
Notably missing below is a requirement of adherence to the published NSSTA Code of Ethics. The NSSTA has a published Code of Ethics which it posts on its website.
