Description: In a special edition of Speaking of Justice, Mark Wahlstrom of The Settlement Channel joined noted trial lawyer and blogger Mark Zamora in an audio podcast discussing the FDA's recall this month of Total Body Formula, a vitamin supplement sold in the Southeast. The formula had a bad batch, with huge amounts of selenium, which was causing symptoms that mimic radiation poisoning, with hair loss, loss of finger nails, toe nails, pain through out the body, etc. If you have a case or client that is involved in this you might want to listen in on what will probably be a moderately significant multi-claimant settlement once all the facts are known and the nature and extend of any injuries discovered.
