Our mission is to provide the most recent and relevant news, commentary and opinion related to the structured settlement profession through on air conversations and dialogue with legal, settlement and industry professionals.

3. HOW ARE GUESTS SELECTED AND WHO CAN BE A GUEST ON THE SHOW?

Guest selection is strictly the decision of the Host of Speaking of Settlements, Mark Wahlstrom, along with the editorial staff of The Settlement Channel. Guest slots or appearances are open to any lawyer, insurance, investment or settlement professional who has a show topic, case or commentary that in the opinion of the staff would be of interest to our audience.

4. DO YOU ALLOW GUEST COMMENTATORS? From time to time we do allow guest commentators to host shows or broadcasts on the network. Go to our studio contact form to request an opportunity to guest host if you are interested.

5. DO YOU ENCOURAGE VIEWERS TO SHARE THE CONTENT ON THEIR SITES? All of our content is covered by copyright, however our video player and RSS feed are available to any viewer who wishes to share our content. However, if we feel a site is utilizing our video content to monetize their own site, or sites, which are unrelated to furthering the interests of the settlement profession, we reserve the right to ask that it be removed or will block further streaming to that site or location.
